The Restaurant
Centrical venue in the city of Betanzos of home-made cookery for one hundred commensals. With two zones differentiated: a formal and another more informal. It characterises by his excellent attention and has a decoration and pleasant space to combine products of the earth with Wines of the Geographic Indication Protected “Betanzos”.
The cookery
In the card of the Restaurant Vega can find a big variety of rations and typical dishes of Betanzos, like the tortilla. One of his specialitys is the cooked (from 7 January until the carnival, being recommended the previous reservation). In November have the known and famous cabbage of Betanzos with pork shoulder, chickpeas, rib and chorizo.
